THT® Fitness and health assessments are a great way to evaluate your fitness level, to set goals, view progress and a great motivational tool. For trainers it helps us design our fitness programs to help our clients reach their goals.
At THT® we have 3 different fitness assessment packages to meet everyone’s needs.
Basic-Standard THT® Fitness Assessment:
If you are interested in starting an exercise program and you are a beginner, then you can get started with our THT® basic fitness assessment that will give you and the trainer a good base of information to start, our focus is mostly looking at proper movement of basic exercises also includes body fat, and 3 basic measurements.
Silver THT® Fitness Assessment:
If you are concerned or interested in a more in-depth fitness assessment with more bench marks to motivate you then you may want to choose the silver package which will give you a good look at you fitness level, proper movement mechanics, body fat with 5 body measurements, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness. This package covers all fitness parameters.
Gold THT® Fitness Assessment:
The gold package is a great tool if you want to look at your fitness and health with before and after pictures and a 7 page report which is sent to you via email using the BodyMetrix® portable ultra sound covering the maximum fitness bench marks including the most accurate way to measure body fat, BMI, lean mass, also including hydration, relative health risk factors and 7 measurements across the entire body. This is the ultimate assessment package.
