A team leader will personally come in and assess your needs. He / she will set up a program with respect to your space, employee availability and overall budget for equipment and training costs. Every candidate will fill out a medical questionnaire, followed by a body composition evaluation including blood pressure and resting heart rate readings. A personal training program and nutritional plan will follow for each person. Every candidate will be re-evaluated every 8 weeks to measure the progress and start a new training regime. These structured steps will ensure success if the candidate follows the plan.
The health screening at the beginning also serves as an early detection of health problems. Our priority for each person is improved health and fitness parameters. From personal experience, the one-on-one personal training approach is the most successful because of the strong client-coach bond that is formed. Semi-private and group training can also be very beneficial. In each case the goal remains the same: improve one’s well being through exercise and proper nutrition which will benefit both the employee and employer.
