THT Registration Guidelines
Client/Trainer Policy Sheet
The policies listed on this sheet are intended to protect both the client and the trainer.
1) Personal training sessions should be paid for prior to starting such sessions.
2) If cancellation of a session or sessions is necessary, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required.
If the client cancels a session with less than 24 hours notice, the client will forfeit one session.
If the trainer cancels a session with less than 24 hours notice, the trainer will provide one free session.
3) One session last approximately 45 minutes depending on the training program plus 15 minutes travel time.
4) If either the client or trainer is late by more than 15 minutes, the session will be considered canceled unless
otherwise discussed between the client and trainer.
5) Start on time and finish on time policy; sessions can not be extended due to scheduling of other clients.
6) The session or packages of sessions have an expiration date based on 1 week per training session starting from
the purchase date. Example: One package of 10 sessions will expire 10 weeks after purchase. The trainer may
extend the expiration date at their discretion.
7) The client may request a medical freeze on a package of sessions if the client can provide a letter from their

9) Should my health or physical condition change, I will notify my personal trainer immediately so that they may make any necessary program modifications.
10) If the personal trainer is not able to be at the scheduled training session a replacement trainer may take his or her place so that the clients’ training is not interrupted.
11) The initial training sessions with any trainer is 100% guaranteed; for any reason you are not satisfied with your training session you will be completely refunded. Please call Christine at 1-888-708-5582.
12) Once the client is satisfied and the training package begins there are no refunds available.
